科研育人视域下民办高校创新型科技人才培养的时代价值与实践路径

创新型国家建设背景下,科学研究和人才培养互为支撑的协同效应,使科研活动逐渐成为民办高校培养创新型科技人才的驱动器。以科研育人赋能创新型人才培养对激发民办高校师生创新活力、推动民办高校高质量发展、加速创新型国家建设具有重要意义。文章基于科研育人视角,从价值导向、培养目标和育人主体三个方面深入剖析了民办高校科研育人赋能创新型科技人才培养的内在逻辑,指出了民办高校通过科研育人培养创新型科技人才在目标制定、主体交互、项目落实上的多维困境,进一步提出了创新育人考核机制、健全育人体系和落实育人项目等民办高校以科研育人促进创新型科技人才培养的实践路径,以期为民办高校创新型科技人才培养提供有益借鉴。

In the context of building an innovative country,the synergistic effect of mutual support between scientific research and talent cultivation has gradually made scientific research activities a driving force for private universities to cultivate innovative scientific and technological talents.Empowering innovative talents through scientific research is of great significance in stimulating the innovative vitality of teachers and students in private universities,promoting high-quality development of private universities,and accelerating the construction of an innovative country.Based on the perspective of scientific research education,the article deeply analyzes the internal logic of empowering innovative scientific and technological talents in private universities from three aspects:value orientation,training objectives,and education subjects.It points out the multi-dimensional difficulties in goal setting,subject interaction,and project implementation in cultivating innovative scientific and technological talents through scientific research education in private universities,and further proposes an innovative education assessment mechanism The practical path of promoting innovative scientific and technological talent cultivation through scientific research in private universities,such as improving the education system and implementing education projects,is aimed at providing useful reference for the cultivation of innovative scientific and technological talents in private universities.
