摘要
目的:探究PBL+情景模拟演练Debriefing教学法应用于妇产科急诊规培教学中的价值。方法:选取2020年9月至2021年9月急诊60名第一年规培生随机分为对照组和试验组,分别采用PBL教学法和PBL+情境模拟演练Debriefing教学法进行规培教学及评价。结果:试验组教学满意度及教学质量均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用PBL+情景模拟演练Debriefing教学法可提高规培医生的理论知识转化能力、团队协作能力和突发事件应变能力,提升急诊规培教学质量。
Objective:This study aims to explore the value of applying the Problem-Based Learning(PBL)combined with Scenario Simulation Debriefing teaching method in clinical teaching for obstetric and gynecologic emergency resident training.Methods:Sixty firstyear residents who underwent obstetric and gynecologic emergency training from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a study group(30 residents)and a control group(30 residents).The study group received clinical teaching using the PBL+Scenario Simulation Debriefing teaching method,while the control group received PBL teaching.The training effectiveness for both groups was evaluated on various aspects:residents'self-directed learning ability,clinical critical thinking ability,clinical emergency response ability,ability to handle actual clinical problems,satisfaction with the training mode,and changes in theoretical knowledge scores and practical ability scores.Results:The study group showed higher rates of excellence in emergency department training,higher theoretical knowledge scores,and higher practical ability scores compared to the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the PBL+Scenario Simulation Debriefing teaching method in obstetric and gynecologic emergency resident training can significantly improve residents'mastery and application of theoretical knowledge,enhance teamwork and response to emergencies,and promote the comprehensive improvement of clinical training quality for emergency resident training.
