摘要
针对乌龙江特大桥基础加固复杂的施工环境困境,开展可快速装配化的钢套箱结构优化设计与施工工艺研究,解决了加固施工所存在的起吊拼装技术要求高、操作空间大、钢套箱拼装慢且拆除难、钢套箱结构整体密封性差、钢板周转率低等问题。研究结果表明:所提出的钢套箱围堰结构设计方法,满足净空高度严重受限和大流速、高潮差的复杂环境状况影响的大桥基础加固施工需求;研究提出了凹凸榫拼接和1 m×1 m,2 m×2 m和3 m×3 m三种尺寸设计,采用模数化快速拼装施工工艺,更好地适应了现场拼装需求。
In view of the difficult construction environment of the complex foundation reinforcement of Wulong River Bridge.The research on the optimized design and construction technology of the steel sleeve box structure that can be quickly assembled,was carried out in this paper.It can be use to solve the problems existing in the reinforcement construction,such as high lifting and assembly technology requirements,large operating space,slow steel sleeve box assembly and difficult removal,poor overall sealing of the steel sleeve box structure,and low steel plate turnover rate.The research results show that the proposed structural design method of steel boxed cofferdam can meet the requirements of bridge foundation reinforcement construction under the influence of the severe restriction of headroom and the complex environmental conditions of large flow velocity and high tide difference;The concave-convex joint and Three sizes of 1m×1m,2m×2m and 3m×3m are designed,and modular rapid assembly construction process is adopted to better meet the on-site assembly requirements.
