制造服务化与企业绩效的U型关系研究——基于组织惰性的调节作用

Research on the U-shaped Relationship Between Manufacturing Servitization and Enterprise Performance——Based on the Moderating Effect of Organizational Inertia

摘要 为探究服务化与企业绩效的关系,本文通过上市公司的大样本数据以及制造企业问卷调研数据研究探讨制造服务化与企业绩效的关系,以及组织惰性的调节作用。结果表明:服务化与企业绩效之间存在U型关系,与客户导向服务化相比,产品导向服务化与企业绩效的U型关系更加平滑;服务化对企业绩效的影响存在跨期效应,服务化持续时间越长,绩效增长越快;组织惰性对服务化与企业绩效的U型关系起调节作用,且对客户导向服务化与企业绩效关系的调节作用更加显著。研究结果对于制造服务化的理论研究以及转型实践具有重要的价值。 In order to explore the relationship between servitization and enterprise performance,this paper empirically tests the relationship between manufacturing servitization and enterprise performance through large sample data research of listed companies and questionnaire survey data of manufacturing enterprises,as well as the moderating effect of organizational inertia.The results indicate that there is a U-shaped relationship between servitization and enterprise performance.Compared with customer-oriented servitization,the U-shaped relationship between product-oriented servitization and enterprise performance is smoother.There is an intertemporal effect on the impact of servitization on corporate performance.The longer the duration of servitization,the faster the performance growth;organizational inertia has a moderating effect on the U-shaped relationship between servitization and corporate performance,and has a more significant moderating effect on the relationship between customer-oriented servitization and corporate performance.These research findings are of great value to the theoretical research and transformation practice of manufacturing servitization.
