摘要
基于透明抗紫外薄膜包装的市场需求,本文以稀土配合物Eu(DBM)3phen为功能助剂采用热压法制备了PLA/Eu(DBM)3phen (P/E)复合薄膜,制备透明抗紫外PLA薄膜材料,并探究了添加量对PLA抗紫外、力学、热力学性能以及透明度的影响。结果表明,随着Eu(DBM)3phen添加量的提高,P/E薄膜的抗紫外性能显著提高。质量分数为1%的P/E1薄膜表现出了最佳的综合性能,其在280 nm~400 nm区间的紫外透过率从PLA的82.1%下降到12.4%,显示出高效的紫外吸收能力,并保持了较好的力学性能和可见区透明度。此外,Eu(DBM)3phen还可以作为成核剂增强PLA的结晶性能。根据荧光光谱分析,P/E薄膜主要通过配合物的“天线效应”,高效吸收紫外线并最终以热与光的形式释放出去。
To prepare transparent UV-resistant PLA packaging film materials,this paper prepared PLA/Eu(DBM)3phen(P/E)composite films by a hot pressing method with rare earth complex Eu(DBM)sphen as functional addi-tives and investigated the effects of addition amount on the UV resistance,mechanical and thermodynamic properties,and transparency of PLA.The results showed that the UV shielding performance of P/E films improved significantly with the in-crease of the Eu(DBM),phen flling amount.The P/E1 film with 1%addition showed the best overall performance,with a UV transmitance of 12.39%in the 280 nm~400 nm region,much lower than that of PLA at 82.05%.And the P/E1 film still possessed good mechanical properties and transparency.In addition,Eu(DBM)sphen can be used as a nucleating agent to enhance the crystalline properties of PLA.This paper provides a reference for preparing polymer packaging with UV-shiel-ding performance.
