摘要
目的探索费曼学习法应用于放射科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)上消化道造影的可行性。方法研究纳入5名住院医师,其中住培第1年2名,住培第2年2名,住培第3年1名。在指导医师的监督下,依据费曼学习法开展上消化道造影的理论和实践教学,两轮教学均遵循确定目标、模拟教学、回顾反馈和简化归纳4个步骤。教学结束后,对住院医师开展问卷调查,评估费曼学习法与住院医师以往学习方式之间的差异,师生共同讨论费曼学习法在教学过程中的问题和价值。结果教学实践表明,与以往的学习方式相比,费曼学习法可以改善住院医师参与理论和实践教学的热情,有助于培养住院医师互助教学、团队沟通等“软实力”。然而,费曼学习法仍然存在教学准备较为繁琐,对指导医师知识要求较高等问题。结论费曼学习法在放射科住培上消化道造影教学中具有可行性,有望取得较好的教学效果,但仍需要开展更大规模的对照研究加以验证。
Objective To explore the feasibility of the Feynman Technique in teaching of upper gastrointestinal radiography(GI)in standardized residency training for radiology.Methods Five residents in radiology were included in this research,in which two were the first-year residents,two were the second-year residents and one was the third-year resident.Under the supervision of the teacher,theoretical and practical teaching was performed according to the Feynman Technique.The teaching process followed the four steps of the Feynman Technique,including goal setting,stimulative teaching,review with feedback and simplification and summarization.After teaching,the questionnaire was distributed to residents to evaluate the difference between the Feynman Technique and traditional teaching method.The teacher and residents thought and discussed the problem and value of the Feynman Technique in residency teaching in radiology.Results Compared to traditional teaching method,the Feynman Technique not only improved the residents'participation in theoretical and practical teaching,but also cultivated the"soft power"of radiology residents such as teaching and learning,and team communication.However,the preparation of teaching using the Feynman Technique was relative complicated,and the requirements for relevant knowledge of the teacher was much higher.Conclusions The Feynman Technique is feasible in the teaching of GI in standardized residency training for radiology,and is expected to achieve better teaching results,but it still needs to be verifiedby alarger scale of comparative study.
