摘要
目的 探讨超声医学科专业临床小讲课联合线上线下混合教学模式(简称混合教学)在超声医学科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的效果。方法 选择在浙江大学医学院附属第一医院超声医学科专业基地2016至2021级住院医师81名,将其分为观察组和对照组,比较两组阶段考核结果和教学满意度调查结果。结果 观察组住院医师阶段考核理论考核成绩、专科诊断报告考核成绩和临床思维与决策考核成绩优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组住院医师教学满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 混合教学模式应用于超声医学科住培中,有助于调动住院医师的主动参与性,提升其临床思维和决策能力。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical small lecture combined with online and offline mixed teaching mode in the standardized training of ultrasound residents.Methods A total of 81 residents from 2016 to 2021 were selected and divided into mixed teaching group(observation group)and unidirectional teaching group(control group).The results of teaching effect and satisfaction survey of the same grade were compared.Results There were statistically significant differences in the scores of theory assessment,diagnosis report assessment and clinical thinking and decision assessment between the two groups in the same grade.The scores of observation group were better than those of the control group(all P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in teaching satisfaction between the two groups in the same grade,and the satisfaction of observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mixed clinical small lecture combined with online and of line mixed teaching model in the standardized training of residents in ultrasound medicine is helpful to mobilize the active participation of residents and improve their clinical thinking and decision making ability.
