Aiming at the problem that the final exami-nation results are less important than the process-based evaluation in the classroom teaching evalua-tion of higher vocational colleges, especially the horizontal growth of students is easy to be ignored by teachers, this paper explores the application of value-added evaluation under project-based curri-culum teaching by designing the value-added evalua-tion system and evaluation model under the guidance of“Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Edu-cation Evaluation in the New Era”.Based on the analysis of existing evaluation models,a new eva-luation model is proposed, which balances the hori-zontal growth of students under different grade bands, which is conducive to motivating students under each grade band to continue to study. In this paper, the urban rail students of their universities are taken as the experimental objects, and the classroom teaching of the online and offline hybrid project-based course“Urban Rail Transit Electric Train Driving”is used as an example to verify the proposed model. From the experimental results, the proposed method has a good incentive effect and has certain reference significance.
