摘要
目的以广州市某区属医院为例,探索基层医院高层次卫生专业技术人员科研管理存在的问题并提出相应的对策。方法运用文献计量学方法,对广州市某区属医院具有研究生学历背景职工2012—2021年发表的SCI论文的年度、刊载期刊、被引次数、第一作者情况等进行分析。结果该基层医院建院以来具有研究生学历背景的职工共在70种期刊上发表99篇SCI收录论文。SCI收录论文数量总体增长,但近年呈下降趋势,且论文被引频次较低,学术质量不高。结论基层医院应以制度创新为保障,解决临床问题为起点,积极开展学术交流为桥梁,发挥重点学科的平台作用,激发硕博士学历背景职工等高层次卫生专业技术人才的科研热情和潜力,在卫生事业不断发展的大背景下实现自身科研水平的总体提升。
Objective To explore the problems of scientific research management among high-level healthcare professionals in grassroots hospitals and propose corresponding countermeasures,using a district hospital in Guangzhou as an example.Methods Bibliometric analysis was used to analyze the annual publication,journal,citation frequency,and basic information of the first author of SCI papers published by employees with postgraduate education background in a grassroots hospital in Guangzhou from 2012 to 2021.Results Since its establishment,a total of 99 SCI papers have been published by employees with postgraduate education background in 70 journals in the grassroots hospital.The number of SCI papers has increased in general,but it shows a downward trend in recent years,and the frequency of citations is low,and the academic quality is not high.Conclusion Grassroots hospitals should rely on institutional innovation to solve clinical problems,actively promote academic exchanges,and leverage the platform role of key disciplines to stimulate the research enthusiasm and potential of high-level healthcare professionals with postgraduate education background.This will help to improve the overall research level of grassroots hospitals in the context of the continuous development of the healthcare industry.
