摘要
目前,在全自动体外诊断设备领域多个仪器串联或并联时,样本架输送方向与仪器检测方向常无法保持一致,故需将样本架旋转至特定角度后进行传送。而现有旋转搬运装置存在结构复杂、兼容性差、适应性差、效率低、可靠性低以及占用空间较大等问题。因此,本研究设计了一款样本架转向搬运装置,可有效解决样本架旋转搬运等问题。该装置主要由样本架搬运机构及样本架转向机构组成,能够实现多种轨道对不同样本架进行角度旋转、对接,并可实现全自动样本传送及与实验室生化仪器对接,形成流水线样本架内循环,解决目前设备结构复杂、兼容性差、适应性差、效率低、可靠性低及占用空间大等问题,提高了生化样本检测效率,减少了交叉污染,满足临床检验需要。
At present,when multiple instruments are connected in series or parallel in the field of fully automated in vitro diagnostic equipment,the sample rack delivery direction and instrument's testing direction often cannot be consistent.In order to ensure that the sample rack is transported in the same direction as the instrument during testing,it is necessary to rotate the sample rack to a specific angle before transmission.Therefore,in this study,a sample rack steering and handling device was designed to effectively solve problems such as sample rack rotation and handling.This device is mainly composed of a sample rack handling mechanism and a sample rack steering mechanism,which can achieve angular rotation and docking of different sample racks on multiple tracks,and can achieve fully automatic sample transmission and docking with laboratory biochemical instruments,forming a pipeline sample rack internal circulation,solving the problems of complex equipment structure,poor compatibility,poor adaptability,low efficiency,low reliability,and large space occupation,and improving the efficiency of biochemical sample detection.In addition,it reduces cross contamination and meets the needs of clinical testing.
