湛江电厂一次风机变频改造的设计与应用

摘要 变频调速是一种有效的节能降耗方法。介绍了湛江电厂一次风机变频改造方案,采用“一拖一自动旁路”方式对一次风机进行高压变频改造,并给出了一次系统设计及电气五防闭锁及联锁设计。经改造后应用效果表明,该改造实现了转速可调,解决了原变阀调节精确度差、响应慢、截流损耗等问题,提高了一次风机的响应速度,降低了耗电量。 Frequency control is an effective method to save energy and reduce consumption.In this paper,a frequency conversion transformation scheme of the primary air fan in Zhanjiang Power Plant is introduced.First,the high voltage frequency conversion transformation of the primary air fan is operated through the way of“one-drag-one auto-bypass”,and then the design of primary system and electronic five preventions closedown and interlock is proposed.According to the application of the transformed primary air fan,it can realizes the speed variable to solve problems of poor accuracy,slow response and chopping current loss of the original variable valve,improves its response speed and reduces its power consumption.
