病理学教学中融入课程思政的实践探索 被引量:1

A Practical Exploration on Integrating Curriculum Ideology and Politics Into Pathology Teaching

摘要 目的探讨课程思政与病理专业相结合对医学生综合能力培养的价值。方法选取2020年3月—2022年12月昆明医科大学第二附属医院病理科的实习生、见习生、进修医师、住院医师规范化培训(简称“住培”)学员、专科医生规范化培训(简称“专培”)学员以及研究生共80名成员为研究对象。随机将其分为A组和B组,每组40名,A组采用“以案例为先导,问题为基础,学生为中心,教师为引导”的教学模式。B组在此基础上融入课程思政。最后对两组学生进行理论知识测试,并且让学生以不记名的方式填写教学满意度调查表。结果共发放不记名调查表80份,A组和B组各为40份,收回调查表80份,回收率为100%。B组学生对病理专业知识点的掌握优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且满意度也高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病理专业融入课程思政教学效果优于常规的病理学教学,这种方法不仅能提高学生的学习成绩和学习的积极性,还能培养学生成为具有批判思维、爱国主义的社会责任人。 Objective To explore the value of the combination of ideological and political education and pathological major to the cultivation of comprehensive ability of medical students.Methods A total of 80 interns,trainees,training physicians,standardized training of residents(referred to as"resident training"),standardized training of specialists(referred to as"specialized training")and graduate students in the department of pathology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from March 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.The students were randomly divided into group A and Group B,with 40 students in each group.In group A,the teaching mode of"case-oriented,problem-based,student-centered and teacher-guided"was adopted.Group B was integrated into the curriculum on this basis.Finally,the two groups of students were tested on theoretical knowledge,and the students were asked to fill in the questionnaire of teaching satisfaction in an anonymous way.Results A total of 80 anonymous questionnaires were distributed,40 questionnaires in group A and 40 questionnaires in group B,and 80 questionnaires were withdrawn,with a recovery rate of 100%.The students in group B were better than those in group A in mastering the knowledge of pathology,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the satisfaction was also higher than that in group A,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of integrating pathology major into curriculum ideological and political teaching is better than that of conventional pathology teaching.This method can not only improve students'academic performance and learning enthusiasm,but also train students to have critical thinking and patriotic social responsibility.
