摘要 本文以广州白云机场三期平西安置区南区项目为研究应用背景,开展智慧建造系统在观摩示范工地中的应用研究。项目以智慧建造理念为基础,开发出了智慧工地系统监控大屏,从多个维度进行项目动态实施查阅,通过业务流程以及数据处理,可以实现集成化的管理。同时在装配式智能建造中,实现多方协作智慧化和精细化管理,通过全生命周期智慧建造实现了设计、施工、运维等全流程整体协同,在缩短工期的同时还节约了施工成本,实现了高质量发展的初步预期,同期为项目创省、市质量安全观摩工地做出了突出的贡献。 Based on the research and application background of Guangzhou Baiyun Airport Phase III Pingxi Resettlement Area South Area Project,this paper conducts research on the application of intelligent construction systems in observation and demonstration sites.Based on the concept of intelligent construction,the project has developed a large monitoring screen for the intelligent construction site system,which provides dynamic project implementation review from multiple dimensions.Through business processes and data processing,integrated management can be achieved.At the same time,in assembly-based intelligent construction,we have achieved multi-party collaboration,intelligent management,and refined management.Through full lifecycle intelligent construction,we have achieved overall collaboration throughout the entire process of design,construction,and operation and maintenance.While shortening the construction period,we have also saved construction costs,and achieved preliminary expectations for high-quality development.At the same time,we have made outstanding contributions to the project's provincial and municipal quality and safety observation sites.
