摘要
借助电液伺服万能试验机研究了不同EPS颗粒含量(0、20%、30%、40%)与不同EPS颗粒粒径(1 mm、2 mm、3 mm、4 mm)对EPS混凝土抗压强度的影响。试验结果表明:随EPS颗粒含量增加,EPS混凝土的密度、强度降低。EPS颗粒粒径对EPS混凝土的密度及力学性能影响较小。EPS混凝土的破坏方式与EPS颗粒含量相关,随EPS颗粒体积含量的增加,裂缝逐渐以竖向为主,随压缩不断扩展,最终未出现碎块崩塌,逐渐展现出延性破坏的特征。EPS颗粒粒径对EPS混凝土的破坏方式影响不大。
In this paper,the influence of different EPS particle content(0,20%,30%,40%)and different EPS particle size(1 mm,2 mm,3 mm,4 mm)on the compressive strength of EPS concrete were studied by microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine.The experimental results show that the density and strength of EPS concrete decrease with the increase of EPS particle content.EPS particle size has little influence on density and mechanical properties of EPS concrete.The failure mode of EPS concrete is related to the content of EPS particles.With the increase of the volume content of EPS particles,the cracks gradually become mainly vertical,and continue to expand with compression.Finally,there is no fragment collapse,and gradually shows the characteristics of ductile failure.The particle size of EPS has little influence on the failure mode of EPS concrete.
