摘要
难忘旅游体验是旅游体验效果的重要体现。以徽州文化遗产地游客的游记为基础文本数据,借助扎根理论方法,构建难忘旅游体验的建构过程模型。研究发现:首先,游客的难忘旅游体验建构是从出发前的预期体验开始的,经由在场体验,再到追忆体验。预期体验是难忘旅游体验的基础,包括追寻体验和逃离体验;在场体验是难忘旅游体验的主体,包括感官体验、认知体验、情感体验和行为体验;追忆体验是难忘旅游体验的升华,包括回忆评价、地方依恋和自我发展。其次,难忘旅游体验是游客个体与旅游情境积极互动的结果。预期体验、在场体验和追忆体验之间存在内在的线性关系和耦合关系。最后,难忘旅游体验记忆内容呈现出时空流动性、场景变换性、叙事性的特点。
Memorable tourism experiences(MTE)is an important manifestation of the effect of tourism experience.This arti⁃cle constructed a model for the construction process of MTE with grounded theory based on the travelogues of tourists in Hui⁃zhou cultural heritage sites.It is found that,firstly,the construction of tourists’MTE starts from the experience of anticipation before departure,through the present experience and then to the experience of recollection.The experience of anticipation is the basis of MTE,including pursuit experience and escape experience;presence experience is the main body of MTE,including sen⁃sory experience,cognitive experience,emotional experience and behavioral experience;the experience of recollection is the sub⁃limation of MTE,including recall evaluation,place attachment and self-development.Secondly,MTE is the result of active inter⁃action between individual tourist and tourism situations.There is an inherent linear and coupled relationship among the experi⁃ence of anticipation,presence experience and the experience of recollection.Thirdly,the memory content of MTE presents spa⁃tio-temporal fluidity,scene transformation and narrative content.Based on the research findings,several suggestions were pro⁃posed for the tourism development of Huizhou cultural heritage sites.
