摘要
介绍了炉渣破碎系统现有工艺流程及参数设定,分析了炉渣破碎系统目前存在的问题及原因,通过合理的调整破碎比,减轻了细碎圆锥的负荷;调整细碎圆锥给料板的长度,解决了细碎圆锥漫矿的问题;改造筛板尺寸,在保证产品粒度的情况下(-10 mm颗粒占90%以上),日处理能力达到3000 t/d,年处理能力提升到70万t。
The existing technological process and parameters of slag crushing system are introduced,analyzing the existing problems and causes of slag crushing system.By adjusting the crushing ratio reasonably,the load of the short-head cone crusher has been reduced.Avoiding the short-head cone crusher overflow by adjusting the length of its feed plat.Modify the size of segmen in order to the proportion of-10 mm product is over 90%.The capacity of crushing plant increases to 3000 t/d and 700000 t/a.
