摘要
针对某石英脉型含金矿石进行了浮选试验研究,通过磨矿细度试验、分散剂种类及用量试验、硫酸铜用量试验、捕收剂种类和用量试验优化了浮选参数和药剂制度。在最佳浮选工艺条件下,闭路试验可获得金品位分别为351.22 g/t和23.55 g/t的重选精矿和浮选精矿,重选和浮选的综合回收率为91.34%,选矿指标较为理想。
An experimental study was carried out on the flotation of a quartz-vein-type gold-bearing ore.The flotation parameters and reagent regime were optimized through grinding fineness tests,dispersant type and dosage tests,copper sulfate dosage tests,and collector type and dosage tests.Under the optimal flotation process conditions,closed circuit experiments can obtain gravity and flotation concentrates with gold grades of 351.22 g/t and 23.55 g/t,respectively.The comprehensive recovery rate of gravity and flotation is 91.34%,and the beneficiation indicators are relatively ideal.
