摘要
在推进高质量发展的大背景下,建设工程检测和监测的工作地位日益凸显。城市信息模型(CIM)技术将城市治理带到了新的维度,为城市建设和运行提供智能化的解决方案。本文研究以城市信息模型为底座,依托建筑信息模型(BIM),利用物联网、大数据、人工智能等技术,结合广州实际情况探索建设工程检测和监测应用场景,一方面提升行业的信息化水平,规范行业行为,提高建设主体协同工作效率;另一方面完善智慧城市基础平台建设,提升广州市数字化治理能力和城市精细化管理水平。
In the context of promoting high-quality development,the work status of construction engineering inspection and monitoring is increasingly prominent.The city information modeling technology brings city governance to a new dimension,providing intelligent solutions for city construction and operation.This paper takes the city information modeling as the base,relying on the building information modeling,uses the Internet of Things,big data,artificial intelligence and other technologies,and explores the application scenarios of construction engineering inspection and monitoring based on the actual situation of Guangzhou.On the one hand,it improves the informatization level of the industry,standardizes the behavior of the industry,and improves the collaborative work efficiency of the construction subject.On the other hand,it improves the construction of the basic platform of smart city,and enhances the digital governance ability and the refinement level of urban management in Guangzhou.
