摘要
顶岗实习是培养应用型人才必不可少的实践环节。景区是旅游类专业学生顶岗实习的重要场所。对三亚Q景区顶岗实习的旅游类专业学生进行问卷调查,分析实习生对实习时间、实习内容、实习地点、实习管理、学校指导教师、景区实习导师六个维度的满意度,以及顶岗实习对学生自身的影响因素和满意程度,得出相应的结论与对策,包括学生自身提高认识,合理期待;学校突出以学生为本,加强实习前、中、后的管理;景区一视同仁,加强关爱等。
Post practice is an essential practical link for cultivating application-oriented personnel.Scenic spots are important types of tourism enterprises for tourism majors’students to do post practice.On the basis of questionnaire investigations of tourism majors’students who have finished post practice in Q scenic spot,six dimensions of satisfaction level such as the post-practice duration,post-practice content,post-practice location,post-practice management,post-practice instructors from college and mentors from Q Scenic Spot were analyzed in this paper.Moreover,the influencing factors of post practice on students and satisfaction of post-practice students were studied as well.Several suggestions were made in this article.The suggestions obtained in this paper are as follows:(1)Students themselves should raise awareness of post practice and have reasonable expectation,(2)Schools should lay stress on students-oriented education principle.In addition,management before,during and after post practice should be strengthened by schools,(3)Scenic spots should be fair to students without distinction and give more concern to students.
