摘要 为确保矿山开发事业稳健开展,机电设备监管与故障诊断越发重要。本文针对矿山机电设备在线监测与故障诊断问题进行研究,首先,阐述机电设备故障的主要成因,然后,列出系统结构框架,并分别进行硬件和软件设计,最后,通过现场实验测试系统的各项功能。本文创造性的研究提升机的运行状态,对其开展在线监测,测试结果显示,偏摆、径向振动的最佳精确度达到95%以上,液压站压力、液压站油温等参数最佳精确度超过90%,测量误差控制在0.5%以内,说明将其应用到矿井机电设备之中,可使故障监测效率显著提升,应用前景可观。 In order to ensure the steady development of the mine development industry,the supervision and fault diagnosis of mechanical and electrical equipment are becoming more and more important.This paper studies the online monitoring and fault diagnosis of mine mechanical and electrical equipment.Firstly,the main causes of mechanical and electrical equipment faults are expounded,then lists the structural framework of the system,and carries out hardware and software design respectively,and finally tests the functions of the system through field experiments.Creative re-search the running status of the elevator,the online monitoring,test results show that the best accuracy of offset,radial vibration is above 95%,the hydraulic station pressure,hydraulic station oil temperature parameters such as optimal accuracy of more than 90%,the measurement error control within 0.5%,explain its application to mine mechanical and electrical equipment,can make the fault monitoring efficiency is significantly improved,the application prospects are considerable.
