耳穴压豆联合心理干预对直肠癌化疗相关性恶心呕吐的干预效果

Intervention Effect of Auricular Point Pressing Combined with Psychological Intervention on Chemotherapy-related Nausea and Vomiting in Patients with Rectal Cancer

目的观察耳穴压豆联合心理干预对直肠癌化疗相关性恶心呕吐的护理干预效果。方法选取江西省肿瘤医院2021年1月—2022年2月收治的直肠癌患者60例,通过随机数字表法分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例),2组均接受常规药物止吐药物治疗,对照组给以常规护理,观察组接受耳穴压豆联合心理干预,对比2组呕吐控制缓解率及心理痛苦温度计评分情况。结果观察组恶心呕吐控制有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,2组心理痛苦温度计评分较干预前均降低,且观察组较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论直肠癌化疗相关性恶心呕吐以耳穴压豆联合心理干预,可有效缓解患者恶心呕吐,同时减轻患者心理痛苦,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the nursing intervention effect of auricular point pressing beans combined with psychological intervention on chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting of rectal cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with rectal cancer admitted to Jiangxi Cancer Hospital from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected and divided into observation group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases by random number table method.The patients received conventional antiemetic drug treatment,the control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group received auricular acupoint pressing beans combined with psychological intervention.The remission rate of vomiting control and the score of psychological pain thermometer were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of nausea and vomiting control in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the psychological pain thermometer score of the 2 groups was lower than that before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For nausea and vomiting associated with chemotherapy of rectal cancer,auricular acupoint pressing beans combined with psychological intervention can effectively relieve the nausea and vomiting of patients and relieve the psychological pain of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
