慢性社会困境对男性甲基苯丙胺类吸食者药物成瘾水平的影响:特质冲动和自我控制的链式中介作用

The Effect of Chronic Social Adversity on Drug Addiction Levels in Male Methamphetamine Users:The Chain Mediating Effect of Trait Impulsivity and Self-control

目的:本研究聚焦慢性社会困境对个体成瘾行为影响的内部心理机制,探索慢性社会困境通过影响个体冲动-控制能力,进而对个体成瘾水平产生的影响。方法:采用慢性社会困境感知量表、简式冲动行为量表、自我控制量表、药物滥用筛选问卷对652名甲基苯丙胺类吸食者进行调查。结果:(1)慢性社会困境、特质冲动、自我控制和药物成瘾水平之间存在显著相关(r=-0.411~0.324,P<0.01);(2)特质冲动和自我控制在慢性社会困境与药物成瘾之间起链式中介作用,其中特质冲动的中介效应量为22.37%,自我控制的中介效应量为7.31%,特质冲动和自我控制的链式中介效应量为7.76%。结论:慢性社会困境既可以直接影响药物成瘾,又可以通过特质冲动和自我控制间接影响药物成瘾。

Objective:This study focuses on the internal psychological mechanism of the impact of chronic social adversity on individual Addictive behavior,and explores the impact of chronic social adversity on individual addiction level by influencing individual impulse control ability.Methods:652 methamphetamine users were investigated by PCSAQ,S-UPPSP,SCS and DAST-10.Results:There was a significant correlation between chronic social adversity,trait Impulsivity,self-control and drug addiction levels(r=-0.411-0.324;P<0.01);②Trait impulsivity and self-control played a chain mediating role in the relationship between chronic social adversity and drug addiction levels.The mediating effect of trait impulsivity was 22.37%,the mediating effect of self-control was 7.31%,and the chain mediating effect of trait impulsivity and self-control was 7.76%.Conclusion:Chronic social adversity can not only directly affect drug addiction levels,but also indirectly affect drug addiction levels through trait Impulsivity and self-control.
