摘要
在线点餐、外卖送餐等服务为人们带来了便捷和良好的用餐体验,同时也推动了餐饮行业的发展。但网络订餐涉及的食品安全问题较多,包括第三方平台主体责任和入驻商家的食品加工及派送等问题,这些问题不仅与企业自身的经营管理有关,还与监管和网络订餐平台的自律意识等有关。本文分析了当前网络订餐食品安全的现状,探讨了提升网络订餐食品安全的方法,以期为相关企业、政府和消费者提供参考。
At present,services such as online ordering and food delivery have brought people a convenient and fast dining experience,and at the same time promoted the development of the catering industry.However,online ordering involves many food safety issues,including the main responsibility of the third-party platform and the food processing and delivery of the settled merchants.These problems are not only related to the operation and management of enterprises themselves,but also related to supervision and consumer self-discipline awareness.This article analyzes the current status of food safety in online ordering,and explores methods to improve food safety in online ordering,with a view to providing reference for relevant enterprises,governments and consumers.
