外源Na_(2)SeO_(3)对甜查理草莓果实品质的影响

Effects of Exogenous Na_(2)SeO_(3)on Fruit Quality of Sweet Charlie Strawberry

摘要 为探明草莓果实品质对外源硒的响应及其浓度关系。采用盆栽试验及叶面喷施亚硒酸钠(Na_(2)SeO_(3))溶液的方法,对10、30、60 mg/L共3个浓度梯度Na_(2)SeO_(3)溶液处理及对照组草莓果实品质指标进行测定。结果表明,外源Na_(2)SeO_(3)能显著提升草莓果实平均单果重,果形指数,糖酸比,可溶性固形物、总酚及Vc含量,且均以30 mg/L Na_(2)SeO_(3)处理为宜;此外Na_(2)SeO_(3)还显著提升草莓果实中花色苷及蛋白含量,且二者均以10 mg/L Na_(2)SeO_(3)溶液处理为优。说明外源Na_(2)SeO_(3)能显著提升草莓果实品质指标,总体上以30 mg/L处理效果最佳;在提升花色苷及蛋白含量上,10 mg/L处理表现最佳,生产中可根据不同需求灵活调整喷施浓度,以达到提升草莓果实品质的目的。 In order to explore the response of the strawberry fruit quality to exogenous selenium(Se)and the relationship between fruit quality and the concentration of Se.Through pot experiment and foliar spraying,the effects of different concentrations of sodium selenite(Na_(2)SeO_(3))on quality indexes of strawberry fruit were studied.The results showed that exogenous Na_(2)SeO_(3)could significantly increase fruit average weight,fruit shape index,sugar/acid ratio and the contents of soluble solids,total phenol and Vc in strawberry fruit.For above fruit indexes,30 mg/L Na_(2)SeO_(3)was the appropriate treatment concentration.In addition,Na_(2)SeO_(3)also significantly increased the contents of anthocyanin and protein in strawberry fruit,and the appropriate treatment concentration was 10 mg/L Na_(2)SeO_(3).Above results suggested that exogenous Na_(2)SeO_(3)could significantly improve quality indexes of strawberry fruit.Overall,30mg/L Na_(2)SeO_(3)was the appropriate treatment concentration However,10 mg/L Na_(2)SeO_(3)was the appropriate treatment concentration in improving the contents of anthocyanin and protein.Therefore,this study indicated that the concentration of Se could be flexibly adjusted according to different requirements,in order to improve corresponding quality of strawberry fruit.
