高职院校学生心理危机干预策略研究

Strategy on Students'Psychological Crisis Intervention in Higher Vocational Colleges

2021年,全国职业教育大会的召开,是国家职业教育创新发展高地建设的历史机遇,形成高职院校的新发展格局。在此时代背景下,高职学生心理健康教育和心理危机干预逐渐成为高职学生培养计划中的一个重要环节。由于高职学生心理危机源的复杂性与干预主体的多元化导致高职学院学生心理危机干预难度的增加。通过概括当代高职院校学生心理危机的表征,分析心理危机发生常见原因,提出高职院校学生心理危机干预网络的策略实施。

The national vocational education conference carried out in 2021.It was the historical opportunity for the construction of national vocational education innovation and development and formed the new development pattern for higher vocational colleges.Under this background,the psychological health education and psychological crisis intervention for higher vocational college students are gradually becoming an important step for their cultivation plans.Due to the complexity of the cause of psychological crisis and the diversified intervention subjects,the psychological crisis intervention for higher vocational college students increases difficulties.This paper summarizes the current features of college students'psychological crisis,analyzes the common reasons for the emergence of psychological crisis,and proposes the strategic countermeasures of psychological crisis intervention for higher vocational college students.
