应用牵正穴为主治疗周围性面瘫的临床研究进展

A review on treating peripheral facial paralysis mainly with Qianzheng acupoint

牵正穴位于头面部、耳垂前方约0.5寸,与耳垂之中点齐平,一左一右,共两穴,是治疗周围性面瘫的经验效穴,具有祛风清热、通经活络之功效,可调节面部气血,疏通面部经络,舒缓面部痉挛,且针灸牵正穴操作简便、患者的痛苦程度低、几乎无不良反应,因而是治疗周围性面瘫的理想穴位。周围性面瘫,又称面神经炎或者周围性面神经麻痹,主要以面部表情功能障碍为临床特征,具体表现为眼睑无法完全闭合、口角㖞斜,严重危害患者的身心健康,降低其生活质量。文章通过总结以牵正穴为主进行针刺法、灸法、理疗法以及药物外治法等中医疗法治疗周围性面瘫的相关文献,分析目前临床牵正穴在周围性面瘫应用中的优势和疗效,明确以牵正穴为主治疗周围性面瘫的有效性,以及在不同的证型中应用不同的刺灸方法作用于牵正穴的疗效差异,为临床实际应用过程中辨证论治提供参考。探讨目前研究中可能存在的问题和不足,为临床治疗周围性面瘫提供思路和依据。目的在于以牵正穴为主治疗周围性面瘫的治疗方式能够更广泛地应用于临床实践中,并可在多种评价体系中选择疗效更优的方案用于临床治疗,从而能更好地为临床治疗周围性面瘫作指导,以及为相关研究的深入开展提供参考依据及方向。

Qianzheng acupoints(牵正穴)are about 0.5 inches in front of the earlobe,and they are flush with the middle point of the earlobe,one in the left and one in the right,with a total of two acupoints,which are experience effective acupoints in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Qianzheng acupoints have the effect of dispelling wind and clearing heat,dredging facial meridians and activating collaterals,which can regulate facial Qi(气)and blood,dredge facial meridians,relieve facial spasm,and acupuncture at Qianzheng acupoints is easy to operate,the patients’pain degree is low,it has almost no adverse reactions,therefore,they are ideal acupoints for the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Peripheral facial paralysis,which is also known as facial neuritis or peripheral facial nerve palsy,is mainly characterized by facial expression dysfunction,which is manifested as incomplete closure of the eyelids and crooked mouth,seriously endangers the physical and mental health of patients and reduces their quality of life.In this paper,by summarizing the relevant literature on the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis by acupuncture,moxibustion,physiotherapy and external drug therapy based on Qianzheng acupoints,the advantages and efficacy of the application of Qianzheng acupoints in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis in the current clinic are analyzed,and the effectiveness of Qianzheng acupoints in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis is clarified.And the different therapeutic effects of different acupuncture and moxibustion methods at Qianzheng acupoints in different symptom types are introduced,providing reference for the development of syndrome differentiation and treatment according to specific conditions in the clinical application process.By exploring the possible problems and deficiencies in current research,it is to provide ideas and basis for clinical treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.The objective is to use Qianzheng acupoints as the main treatment method for peripheral facial paralysis and make it to be more widely applied in clinical practice.In addition,the scheme with better curative effects can be selected in a variety of evaluation systems for clinical treatment,so as to better guide the clinical treatment of peripheral facial paralysis and provide reference and direction for the in-depth development of related studies.
