摘要
“食品安全监督管理”是国家级一流本科建设专业“食品质量与安全”的专业课程,按照新工科人才培养要求,针对课程内容理论性较强、知识点较多,学生求知欲和刻苦钻研的意识不强,内驱力不足,学生对食品行业的发展脉络与管理思路缺乏宏观理解,理论知识难以应用,学生解决食品安全风险问题的综合能力不够等教学痛点问题,课程组开展课程思政视域下“食品安全监督管理”的教学改革与实践,深入挖掘符合中国国情和价值观念的元素加以提炼,为课程思政的教学改革提供实践案例。
"Food Safety Supervision and Management"is a professional course of"Food Quality and Safety"for national first-class undergraduate construction major According to the training requirements of new engineering talents,in view of teaching pain point problems,such as the strong theoretical content,more knowledge points,not strong students'desire for knowledge and the consciousness of assiduous study,lack of drive,students lack of macro understanding of the development and management ideas of the food industry,difficult application of theoretical knowledge,and inadequate students'comprehensive ability to solve the problem of food safety risk,the curriculum team carries out the teaching reform and practice of"Food Safety Supervision and Management"from the perspective of curriculum ideology and politics,vigorously promotes the classroom teaching reform with curriculum ideology and politics as the goal,and dug out the elements in line with China's national conditions and values and extracted them,so as to provide value inspiration and practice for improving the quality and efficiency of curriculum ideology and politics.
