摘要
为研究建筑智能化工业化轻量化施工作业集成平台技术,集成挂架、贝雷架平台、铝合金模板、液压油缸与同步控制系统后,进行智能化、轻量化、标准化研究开发,探索出适用于高层住宅建筑的新一代智能化工业化轻量化施工作业集成平台技术,并成功应用于保利·天汇项目中,降低施工成本、节约劳动力且安全性高、周转率高、推广性强。
In order to study integrated platform technology of building intelligent industrialization lightweight construction the hangers,bailey frame platform,aluminum alloy formwork,hydraulic cylinder and synchronous control system is integrated,intelligent,lightweight and standardized research and development are carried out,and the technology of integrated platform for intelligent,industrialized and lightweight construction suitable for high⁃rise residential buildings is explored,and successfully applied to Poly Tianhui project,which reduces the construction cost,saves labor force,has high safety,high turnover rate and strong popularization.
