贵州省木本油料产业高质量发展路径研究

Study on High Quality Development Path of Woody Oil Industry in Guizhou Province

木本油料是我国食用用油重要来源,贵州木本油料产业发展具有一定规模,为助推产业发展,阐述了贵州省油茶、山桐子、核桃等木本油料的发展现状,2021年贵州省油茶面积达到264000.0 hm^(2)、核桃面积8165700 hm^(2)、山桐子面积1333.3 hm^(2)。指出了当前贵州木本油料产业发展存在用地空间受限、种植效益不高、低产低效林占比大、市场主体不强、科技创新不足、比较效益不高等问题,针对存在问题提出了加强政府引导、主体培育、品牌建设、利益联结、要素保障等对策建议。以期为推动贵州省木本油料产业高质量发展提供参考。

Woody oil is an important source of edible oil in China.The development of woody oil industry in Guizhou has a certain scale.In order to promote the development of the industry,the development status of woody oil such as Camellia oleifera,Idesia polycarpa Maxim.and Juglans regia in Guizhou Province was described in this paper.In 2021,the area of Camellia oleifera in Guizhou Province will reach 26,4000.0 hm^(2);the area of Juglans regia will reach 81,165,700 hm^(2),and the area of Idesia polycarpa Maxim.will reach 1333.3 hm^(2).It pointed out that there are some problems in the development of woody oil industry in Guizhou,such as limited land space,low planting efficiency,large proportion of low-yield and low-efficiency forests,weak market players,insufficient scientific and technological innovation,and low comparative benefits in order to provide a reference for promoting the high-quality development of woody oil industry in Guizhou province.
