丁苯酞软胶囊联合多奈哌齐治疗帕金森综合征的效果及对认知功能的影响

Therapeutic effect of butylphthalide soft capsule combined with donepezil on Parkinson syndrome and its influence on cognitive function

目的分析丁苯酞软胶囊联合多奈哌齐治疗帕金森综合征的效果及对认知功能的影响。方法抽取2019年1月至2022年2月河南大学淮河医院收治的帕金森综合征患者68例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组34例。对照组采用多奈哌齐治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上给予丁苯酞软胶囊。比较两组治疗效果,比较两组治疗前后炎症因子[白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]水平、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分、简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、帕金森综合征评定量表(UPDRS)评分及日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分,比较两组不良反应发生率。结果研究组总有效率(97.06%,33/34)高于对照组(76.47%,26/34),P<0.05;治疗后,研究组IL-10、CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组MoCA评分、MMSE评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组UPDRS评分低于对照组、ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率(5.88%,2/34)与对照组(14.71%,5/34)比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丁苯酞软胶囊联合多奈哌齐治疗帕金森综合征效果显著,能缓解机体炎症和临床症状,改善患者认知功能和精神状态,提高其日常生活能力,且治疗安全性较高。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of butylphthalide soft capsule combined with donepezil in the treatment of Parkinson syndrome and its influence on cognitive function.Methods A total of 68 patients with Parkinson syndrome treated in Huaihe Hospital of Henan University from January 2019 to February 2022 were selected,and they were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with donepezil,and the study group was treated with butylphthalide soft capsule based on the treatment of the control group.The curative effect of the two groups were compared,The levels of inflammatory factors,including interleukin-10(IL-10)and C-reactive protein(CRP),score of Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA),score of mini-mental state examination(MMSE),score of Parkinson’s syndrome rating scale(UPDRS),score of activity of daily living(ADL)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group(97.06%,33/34)was higher than that of the control group(76.47%,26/34),P<0.05.After treatment,the levels of IL-10 and CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the MoCA score and MMSE score of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the UPDRS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the ADL score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group(5.88%,2/34)and the control group(14.71%,5/34)P>0.05.Conclusions Butylphthalide soft capsule combined with donepezil is effective in the treatment of Parkinson syndrome.It can relieve inflammation and clinical symptoms,improve cognitive function and promote state of patients,and promote ability of daily life,with high safety.
