摘要
智能电致变色纺织品可在外加电场作用下发生稳定、可逆颜色变化,引起了越来越多的关注与重视,成为了前沿新材料的一个重点发展方向。织物基电致变色柔性器件充满挑战,不仅需具备优良的快速变色响应能力,同时需保持在服用过程中的可变形特性。选用聚偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯(PVDF-HFP)为聚合物基底材料,加入增塑剂碳酸丙烯酯(PC)和双三氟甲基磺酰亚胺锂(LITFSI)导电盐制备具有优良离子导电性能的半固态离子凝胶,并与电致变色材料乙基紫精混合得到电致变色凝胶材料。基于反射型电致变色模型,构筑导电织物/变色凝胶/透明导电膜三明治结构的织物基柔性电致变色器件,可实现颜色在无色至蓝色之间的循环转换。所制备的织物基电致变色柔性器件具有较快响应速度,其着色时间和褪色时间分别为12秒和24秒,展现出了较好的循环稳定性和弯曲稳定性,在可穿戴智能显示领域具有广阔的应用前景。
Smart electrochromic textiles can undergo stable and reversible color changes under the action of an applied electric field.It has attracted more and more attention and has become a key development direction for cutting-edge new materials.Fabric-based electrochromic flexible devices are challenging,requiring not only ex⁃cellent and fast color change response,but also deformable properties during the wearing process.Polyvinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene(PVDF-HFP)was chosen as the polymer base material,and the semi-solid ionic gel with excellent ionic conductivity was prepared by adding plasticizers propylene carbonate(PC)and lithium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide(LITFSI)conductive salt,and mixed with electrochromic material ethyl violo⁃gen to obtain electrochromic gel material.Based on the reflective electrochromic model,a fabric-based flexible electrochromic device with a sandwich structure of conductive fabric/color-changing gel/transparent conductive film was constructed,which could realize the color cycling from colorless to blue.The fabric-based electrochromic flexible device had a faster response time with coloring time and fading time of 12 and 24 seconds respectively,and exhibited good cycling and bending stability,which was promising in wearable smart display application field.
