摘要
基于省际面板数据的PVAR模型,对绿色金融发展、绿色技术创新与碳排放强度的相互作用进行了分析,结果表明,绿色金融与绿色技术创新在碳减排过程中发挥着关键作用;绿色金融发展与绿色技术创新二者相互促进,存在正向的耦合效应。绿色技术创新与碳排放强度相互抑制,互为因果;绿色金融、绿色技术创新与碳排放强度三者间的相互作用呈现出滞后、长期、持续的特点。为了提高绿色金融化水平,需加快绿色金融的发展速度,积极构建绿色金融与相关技术创新的协同发展体系。
The study analyzes the interaction between green finance development,green technology innovation and carbon emission intensity by PVAR model based on provincial panel data.The results show that green finance and green technology innovation play a key role in the process of carbon reduction.Green finance development and green technology innovation promote each other,with positive coupling effect.Green technology innovation and carbon emission intensity restrain each other,which is a cause and effect of each other.The interaction between green finance,green technology innovation and carbon emission intensity shows the lagging,long-term and continuous characteristics.In order to improve the level of green finance,it is necessary to speed up the development of green finance,and actively build a coordinated development system of green finance and related technological innovation.
