摘要
河南某钼矿尾矿中钼主要以辉钼矿形式赋存,辉钼矿分布在(-530+125)μm和-38μm的粒级中,脉石矿物主要为钙铁石榴石及石英,该试验采用HydroFloat水力浮选机对粗颗粒钼尾矿进行分选,达到抛尾的目的。HydroFloat水力浮选机采用流化床技术对矿物进行浮选,同时在选别过程中引入上升水流,使粗颗粒能够克服重力随气泡上升从而达到富集的目的。经水力浮选抛尾后,可将原矿中品位为0.033%的钼富集得到品位为0.081%、回收率为92.18%钼粗精矿,抛尾率为66.91%。
The molybdenum in the tailings of a molybdenum mine in Henan is mainly in the form of pyromorphite,which is distributed in the(-530+125)μm and-38μm grain sizes,and the gangue minerals are mainly calcite-garnet and quartz.Flotation is achieved by introducing an upward flow of water during the separation process,allowing the coarse particles to overcome gravity and rise with the air bubbles.After hydro flotation and tailings disposal,molybdenum with a grade of 0.033% of in the raw ore can be enriched to produce a crude molybdenum concentrate with a grade of 0.081% and a recovery of 92.18%,with a tailings disposal rate of 66.91%.
