摘要
随着第四次工业革命和产业结构变革的不断推进,工程博士教育的重要性日益凸显。当前,工程博士教育还存在一些问题,如培养定位不清晰、招生选拔不灵活、校企合作不深入、跨学科交叉不足、学术评价体系不完善等。为了解决这些问题,文章从提高生源质量、强化校企合作、构建具有跨学科与实践性特色培养体系、完善培养保障体系、聚焦职业需求等方面提出改革建议,以期提高工程博士教育的质量和水平,促进高层次人才培养和科技创新。
With the continuous advancement of the fourth industrial revolution and changes in industrial struc-ture,the importance of engineering doctoral education has become increasingly prominent.However,there are some problems in its development,such as unclear orientation of training,inflexible enrollment and selection,su-perficial school-enterprise cooperation,and insufficient discipline integration,imperfect academic evaluation sys-tem,etc.In order to solve these problems,this paper puts forward suggestions for improvement from the following aspects:improving the quality of students,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,building a training system with interdisciplinary and practical characteristics,improving the training guarantee system,and focusing on pro-fessional needs.It is hoped to improve the quality and level of engineering doctoral education and promote high-level talent training and scientific and technological innovation.
