油漆耐黄变检测周期对应关系分析

摘要 研究油漆耐黄变性能检测不同测试阶段与标准要求168 h周期的对应关系,缩短检测周期,为企业节约检测成本。选用5家供应商20种不同种类的油漆,分别为浅色和深色各10种,使用荧光紫外老化试验箱和测色仪对油漆进行168 h耐黄变性能检测,记录每间隔24 h测试数据,将5个阶段的耐黄变数据与168 h连续测试数据进行对比。试验结果证明油漆经过72 h后的耐黄变数据趋于稳定上升,平均变化趋势10.52%,数值变化为0.08,且耐黄变的平均值ΔE=0.68。根据测试数据的稳定性分析,将本公司内部油漆耐黄变测试周期定为72 h,72 h耐黄变标准要求定为ΔE≤1.29,当72 h耐黄变ΔE>1.29时,继续测试直至168 h,按ΔE≤3.0进行判定,以此作为内部质量控制手段,可以大幅缩减油漆耐黄变测试周期,降低检测成本。 The corresponding relationship between different test stages of paint yellowing resistance test and 168 h cycle required by the standard was studied with an aim to shorten the test period and save the test cost for enterprises.Twenty different kinds of paints from 5 suppliers(10 in light color and 10 in dark color)were selected to test the yellowing resistance of the paints in 168 h by using fluorescent ultraviolet aging test chamber and colorimeter.The test data were recorded every 24 h,and the yellowing resistance data of the five stages were compared with the 168 h continuous test data.The results show that the Yellow resistant data of the paint after 72 h tend to rise steadily,with an average change trend of 10.52%,the change value is 0.08,and the average value of resistance to yellow change isΔE=0.68.According to the stability analysis of test data,the test period of paint yellowing resistance is set as 72 h,and the standard requirement for yellow change resistance in 72 h is set asΔE≤1.29.When the Yellow resistance of 72 h isΔE>1.29,the test shall continue until 168 h,and the judgment shall be made according toΔE≤3.0.As an quality control method,the test period of paint yellowing resistance can be greatly reduced and the test cost can be reduced accordingly.
