紫苏叶的活性成分及生物活性研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 紫苏是我国重要的药食两用植物,具有很高的食用和药用价值,应用历史悠久,其常用部位为叶子。紫苏叶富含蛋白质、矿物质和维生素等多种营养素。此外,紫苏叶中还含有丰富的植物化学物质,包括萜类、黄酮类和苯丙素类等,因具有抗炎、抗菌、抗氧化和抗肿瘤等多种生物活性而备受关注。该文基于近二十年来有关紫苏叶的国内外文献,重点综述了紫苏叶中的生物活性成分和药理作用,以期为紫苏叶在食品、医药、化妆品领域的合理开发和综合应用提供参考。 Perilla is an important medicinal and edible plant in China.It has a high edible and medicinal value with a long history of application.Perilla leaves are the most commonly used part that is rich in many nutrients such as protein,minerals,and vitamins.In addition,Perilla leaves are an excellent source of phytochemicals,including terpenoids,flavonoids,and phenylpropanoids,which have attracted much attention attributable to their antioxidant,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,and antitumor biological activities.This paper focused on a review of the bioactive components and pharmacological effects of Perilla frutescens based on the domestic and international literature on Perilla leaves in the past 20 years to provide a reference for the rational development and comprehensive application of Perilla leaves in the food,medicine and cosmetics fields.
