摘要
中西医结合人才培养对坚持中西医并重,实现中医药创造性转化、创新性发展意义深远。明确药理学教学在中西医结合专业核心能力培养目标中的定位,立足学情创新教学设计,培养自主探究学习;延伸课堂边界,提高课程内涵建设;以执业医师考试为抓手,强调临床思维和实践能力;构建形成性分层次评价考核体系。围绕中西医结合的内涵和外延,实现以就业为导向的教学模式转变。维护健康,弘扬文化,传承融合,创新发展,为建设健康中国培养更多知识、能力、素质协调发展的应用型高级中西医结合人才。
