摘要 针对石油化工行业的生产提出了安全技术应用建议,通过环境风险评价,降低设备运行期间风险发生概率,保障设备能够安全生产。实践表明,结合设备实际运行情况创建监测系统,联合故障诊断技术与安全仿真技术,加大对设备安全控制力度,根据评价结果设置应急预案。 This paper puts forward suggestions for the application of safety technology for the production of petrochemical industry,and reduces the probability of risk occurrence during equipment operation through environmental risk assessment to ensure safe production of equipment.Since petrochemical products are a type of products that are in high demand in people's lives,strengthening environmental risk identification and safety production control aims to protect the production environment and personal safety.Combined with the actual operation of the equipment to create a monitoring system,this paper combines fault diagnosis technology and safety simulation technology,increases the strength of equipment safety control,and sets up emergency plans according to the evaluation results.
