摘要
为探讨植物生长调节剂对青海云杉生长特性的影响,选用生长状态一致、株高为60 cm左右的120株青海云杉苗,随机分为6个处理组:对照组、处理1组、处理2组、处理3组、处理4组和处理5组,每个处理组20株,分4个重复小组,每个重复5株;对照组不喷施植物生长调节剂;处理1组叶面喷施GA_(3);处理2组叶面喷施IBA;处理3组叶面喷施NAA;处理4组叶面喷施ABT1号生根粉;处理5组叶面喷施的PP_(33),喷施量均为60 mg/L;试验于2022年4月1日开始,于2022年9月1日结束。每隔30 d对每个生长调节剂处理组进行叶面喷施,记录苗木的新梢生长量、冠幅、新生根生长量、侧根生长量,并计算株高相对增量和地径相对增量。结果发现:处理4组的新梢生长量最大,显著的高于处理1组、2组和5组(P<0.05),分别高出了22.34%、18.80%和18.14%;处理1组、2组、3组和5组的新梢生长量差异不显著(P>0.05);处理4组的新梢生长量高于处理3组,但是差异不显著(P>0.05);处理4组的冠幅生长量和新生根生长量最高,显著的高于处理1组、2组、3组和5组(P<0.05),也显著高于对照组(P<0.01);株高相对增量以处理4组的最高,显著高于对照组、处理1组、2组、3组和5组(P<0.05),株高相对增量以处理5组的最低,显著低于对照组、处理1组、2组、3组(P<0.05);地径相对增量以处理5组最高,及显著高于对照组(P<0.01),显著高于处理1组、2组、3组、4组(P<0.05);说明ABT1号生根粉更有利于促进青海云杉的新梢、冠幅、新生根、侧根的生长,PP_(33)对青海云杉的株高具有抑制作用,但是PP_(33)在促进地径生长上效果最显著。
In order to investigate the effect of plant growth regulators on the growth characteristics of Picea crassifolia,120 Picea crassifolia seedlings with consistent growth status and a plant height of about 60cm were selected in this study.They were randomly divided into 6 treatment groups:control group,treatment 1 group,treatment 2 group,treatment 3 group,treatment 4 group,and treatment 5 group.Each treatment group had 20 plants,and they were divided into 4 repeated groups with 5 plants per replicate;The control group did not spray plant growth regulators;Treatment group 1 was sprayed with GA_(3);The two groups were treated with IBA spray;Treatment 3 groups of leaves were sprayed with NAA Spraying;Treatment 4 groups of leaves were sprayed with ABT1 root powder;The PP_(33)sprayed on the leaves of 5 groups was treated,and the spraying amount was 60mg/L.The experiment began on April 1,2022 and ended on September 1,2022.Spray was applied to each growth regulator treatment group every 30 days,and the new shoot growth,crown width,new root growth and lateral root growth of seedlings were recorded,and the relative increment of plant height and ground diameter were calculated.The results showed that treatment group 4 had the highest growth rate of new shoots,significantly higher than treatment group 1,2,and 5(P<0.05),which were 22.34%,18.80%,and 18.14%higher,respectively;There was no significant difference in the growth of new shoots among treatment groups 1,2,3,and 5(P>0.05);The growth rate of new shoots in treatment group 4 was higher than that in treatment group 3,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);The crown diameter growth and new root growth of treatment group 4 were the highest,significantly higher than those of treatment group 1,2,3,and 5(P<0.05),and significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01);The relative increment of plant height in treatment group 4 was the highest,significantly higher than the control group,treatment group 1,treatment group 2,treatment group 3,and treatment group 5(P<0.05).The relative increment of plant height in treatment group 5 was the lowest,significantly lower than the control group,treatment group 1,treatment group 2,and treatment group 3(P<0.05);The relative increment of ground diameter was highest in the treatment group 5,significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01),and significantly higher than the treatment groups 1,2,3,and 4(P<0.05);ABT1 rooting powder is more conducive to promoting the growth of new shoots,crown width,new roots,and lateral roots of Picea crassifolia.PP_(33)has an inhibitory effect on the height of Picea crassifolia,but PP_(33)has the most significant effect on promoting ground diameter growth.
