摘要
聚碳酸酯在车灯上应用广泛,聚碳酸酯塑件有内应力因素,对真空镀铝件高温试验后发彩一直困扰着厂家生产。本文以聚碳酸酯加工情况,镀铝发彩为主题,介绍了镀铝发彩分析原因,聚碳酸酯塑件内应力检测方法,结合两个案例描述了回火处理和等离子体处理两种方法解决镀铝件高温试验后发彩的现象,具有一定的可借鉴性与操作性。
Polycarbonate is widely used in headlights,but because of the internal stress factor,the coloring problem after the high temperature test of vacuum aluminized parts has been troubling manufacturers.This article takes polycarbonate aluminum plating as the theme,analyzes its causes,and based on the internal stress detection method of polycarbonate plastic parts,describes two methods of tempering treatment and plasma treatment combined with two cases to solve the phenomenon of coloring after high-temperature testing of aluminum plating parts,which has certain reference and operability.
