消增强骨片联合西药在原发性骨质疏松症中的应用价值及安全性分析

Application Value and Safety Analysis of Xiaozengqianggu Tablet combined with Western Medicine in Primary Osteoporosis

目的:分析消增强骨片联合西药在原发性骨质疏松症中的应用价值及安全性。方法:选取2021年7月~2022年7月我院收治的原发性骨质疏松症患者154例,按照分层抽样法将患者分为对照组、研究组各77例;对照组给予患者西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加服消增强骨片。比较两组患者血钙(Ca)、血磷(P)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、骨钙素(BGP)、总I型胶原氨基端延长肽(t-PINP)、β胶原降解产物(β-CROSSL)、股骨颈骨密度、股骨三角区骨密度变化、腰1-4椎体平均值、VAS评分、OKT评分、生活质量以及治疗效果。结果:治疗后与对照组相比,研究组血Ca较高、P、ALP含量较低(P<0.05);治疗后与对照组相比,研究组t-PINP较低、β-CROSSL指标水平较高(P<0.05);治疗后与对照组相比,研究组股骨颈骨密度、股骨三角区骨密度、腰1-4椎体平均值较高(P<0.05);治疗后与对照组相比,研究组VAS评分较低、OKT评分较高(P<0.05);治疗后与对照组相比,研究组生活质量较高(P<0.05);对照组治疗效果低于研究组(P<0.05)。结论:使用中医消增强骨片联合西药对原发性骨质疏松症患者进行治疗可有效改善骨代谢生化指标,改善原发性骨质疏松症患者的疼痛程度,促进骨形成,进而起到治疗原发性骨质疏松症的作用。

Objective:To analyze the application value and safety of Xiaozengqianggu tablet combined with Western medicine in primary osteoporosis.Methods:A total of 154patients with primary osteoporosis admitted to our hospital from July 2021to July 2022were selected.According to stratified sampling method,the patients were divided into control group and study group,77patients in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine,and the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine to Xiaozengqianggu tablets on the basis of control group.the Blood calcium(Ca),blood phosphorus(P),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),osteocalcin(BGP),t-PINP,βcollagen degradation product(β-crossL),bone mineral density of femoral neck,bone mineral density of femoral trigone,mean value of lumbar 1~4vertebra,VAS score,OKT score,quality of life score and the therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the blood Ca of the study group was higher than that of the control group,while the contents of P and ALP were lower(P<0.05).After treatment,t-PINP was lower andβ-CROSSL was higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment,the bone mineral density of the neck of femur,the bone mineral density of the triangle of femur and the mean value of the 1~4vertebrae of the waist in the research group were higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,VAS score of the study group was lower and OKT score was higher after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of control group was lower than that of study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of traditional Chinese medicine Xiaoqianggu tablet combined with Western medicine in the treatment of patients with primary osteoporosis can effectively improve the biochemical indexes of bone metabolism,improve the pain degree of patients with primary osteoporosis,promote bone formation,and thus play a role in the treatment of primary osteoporosis.
