数字技术的兴起与应用,为物流行业的发展带来了契机与挑战,成为了提升物流企业客户关系管理的必经之路。对此,文章将分析物流企业在数字化背景下面临的机遇与威胁,探讨物流企业在客户关系管理领域中各环节数字化转型的重点与应用,并根据分析结果为物流企业提出数字化技术应用的策略建议,提升客户关系管理的效率,从而为企业的数字化转型提供参考。
The rise and application of digital technology have brought opportunities and challenges to the development of the logistics industry,becoming a necessary path for improving customer relationship management in logistics enterprises.In this regard,the paper will analyze the opportunities and threats faced by logistics enterprises in the digital context,explore the key points and applications of digital transformation in various aspects of customer relationship management in logistics enterprises,and propose strategic suggestions on digital technology application for logistics enterprises based on the analysis results,to improve the efficiency of customer relationship management,and provide reference for the digital transformation of enterprises.
