摘要
本试验旨在研究维生素C对大鲵生长性能、血液指标以及抗氧化和免疫功能的影响。选择144尾体质量为(34.14±0.15)g、体质健壮的大鲵,随机分成6个组,每组3个重复,每个重复8尾。各组分别在基础饲料中添加0(D0组,对照组)、150(D150组)、300(D300组)、450(D450组)、600(D600组)和750 mg/kg(D750组)的维生素C。试验期90 d。结果表明:1)与对照组(D0组)相比,饲料添加维生素C显著提高大鲵终末体重(FBW)、特定生长率(WGR)和蛋白质效率(PER)(P<0.05),显著降低饲料系数(FCR)(P<0.05);分别以WGR和FCR为评价指标,大鲵饲料中维生素C适宜添加水平分别为311.73和320.53 mg/kg。2)与对照组相比,饲料添加维生素C显著提高大鲵血液血栓细胞数量(P<0.05),且D300组显著高于其他组(P<0.05);D300组和D450组血液血红蛋白含量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,饲料添加维生素C显著降低血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05),显著提高血浆总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性,且D450组血浆T-SOD活性显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,D300组~D750组血浆酸性磷酸酶(ACP)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性显著提高(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,D300组~D750组各器官组织和血浆维生素C含量均显著提高(P<0.05);饲料添加适宜水平维生素C能显著提高各器官组织和血浆总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和溶菌酶(LZM)活性(P<0.05),且上述2个指标与各器官组织和血浆维生素C含量存在一定正相关性。综上所述,饲料添加适宜水平维生素C可提高大鲵生长性能,增强机体抗氧化和免疫功能,并提高各器官组织和血浆维生素C含量。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of vitamin C on growth performance,blood indices and antioxidant and immune functions of Andrias davidianus.A total of 144 healthy Andrias davidianus with similar body weight of(34.14±0.15)g were randomly divided into 6 groups with 3 replicates per group and 8 tails per replicate.All groups were supplemented with 0(D0 group,control group),150(D150 group),300(D300 group),450(D450 group),600(D600 group)and 750 mg/kg(D750 group)vitamin C in the basal diet,respectively.The experiment lasted for 90 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group(D0 group),dietary vitamin C supplementation significantly increased the final body weight(FBW),specific growth rate(WGR)and protein efficiency ratio(PER)of Andrias davidianus(P<0.05),and significantly decreased the feed coefficient ratio(FCR)(P<0.05);taking WGR and FCR as evaluation indices,the optimal supplemental levels of vitamin C were 311.73 and 320.53 mg/kg,respectively.2)Compared with the control group,dietary vitamin C supplementation significantly increased the number of blood thrombocyte of Andrias davidianus(P<0.05),and which in D300 group was significantly higher than the other groups(P<0.05);the blood hemoglobin content in D300 and D450 groups was significantly higher than that in the other groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,dietary vitamin C supplementation significantly decreased the plasma malondialdehyde(MDA)content(P<0.05),significantly increased the plasma total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)activity(P<0.05),and the plasma T-SOD activity in D450 group was significantly higher than that in the other groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the plasma activities of acid phosphatase(ACP)and alkaline phosphatase(AKP)in D300 to D750 groups were significantly increased(P<0.05);dietary supplementation with appropriate level of vitamin C significantly increased the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and lysozyme(LZM)activity in varieties of organ tissues and plasma(P<0.05),and the above two indices were positively correlated with the vitamin C content in varieties of organ tissues and plasma.In conclusion,dietary vitamin C supplementation can improve the growth performance of Andrias davidianus,enhance the antioxidant and immune functions,and increase the vitamin C content in organ tissues and plasma.
