镇原县产业结构优化升级路径分析

Analysis of the Path of Optimizing and Upgrading the Industrial Structure ofZhenyuan County

以镇原县三大产业发展现状为分析基础,选取镇原县2010~2020年三大产业增加值和地区生产总值(GDP)等相关指标,采用偏离—份额分析法,研判镇原县产业结构的份额分量、结构分量和竞争力分量,对镇原县产业结构的优化升级进行可行性分析并提出升级路径。指出研究区域第一产业经济增长缓慢、第二产业竞争力不强,贡献率不高,还有较大的优化提升空间等一系列问题,为打造城乡产业新环境,促进城乡经济社会高质量发展,全力推进镇原县产业结构升级的进程提出了意见和建议。

Based on the current development status of the three major industries in Zhenyuan County,this paper selected the growth value of the three major industries and the regional GDP of Zhenyuan County in the 10 consecutive years from 2010 to 2020 And other related indicators,using the deviation-share analysis method to start from a dynamic perspective,analyze and judge the share,structural and competitiveness components of the industrial structure of Zhenyuan County,and analyze the feasibility of the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure of Zhenyuan County and an upgrade path was proposed.It has solved a series of problems such as the slow economic growth of the primary industry and the weak competitiveness of the secondary industry,low the contribution rate,and provided opinions and suggestions for creating a new environment for urban and rural industries,promoting the high-quality economic and social development of urban and rural areas,and fully promoting the process of upgrading Zhenyuan County,s industrial structure.
