摘要
为研究海水侵蚀作用对砂层注浆加固体的影响,采用自主研发的砂层渗透注浆模拟试验系统开展不同水灰比条件下的砂层渗透注浆试验。通过单轴压缩试验、直剪试验、渗透试验、扫描电镜试验等多种试验手段,研究试件在不同养护环境下的力学性能演化规律。试验结果表明,海水养护环境对于注浆加固体前期强度和抗渗性具有一定的促进作用,但随着养护时间的增长会抑制注浆加固体力学性能的提升,该过渡时间为50~90 d。试验中、后期海水环境下注浆加固体力学性能的衰减是海水中侵蚀性离子抑制注浆加固体力学性能的增长过程和促使注浆加固体力学性能劣化过程共同作用的结果。
To study the effect of seawater erosion on sand layer grouting reinforced body,the sand layer permeation grouting experiment under different water-cement ratio conditions was carried out by a self-designed permeation grouting test device.The evolution of mechanical properties of grouting reinforced body under different curing conditions was studied by uniaxial compression test,direct shear test,permeation test and scanning electron microscope test.The test results showed that the seawater curing environment could promote the strength and impermeability of grouting reinforced body in the early stage,but with the increase of curing time,the improvement of mechanical properties of grouting reinforced body would be restrained,and the transition time was 50-90 d.The attenuation of mechanical properties of grouting reinforced body in seawater environment in the middle,and late stages of the experiment was the results of the process of corrosion ion restraining the growth of mechanical properties of grouting reinforced body and promoting the deterioration of mechanical properties of grouting reinforced body in seawater.
