摘要
近年来运用中医药(TCM)防治高血压已经得到越来越多医家的重视,中医治疗高血压的方法虽有各异,但在显著改善证候,提高患者生命质量等方面效果显著。中医药防治高血压常运用单药提取物、单味药、复方、中成药对血压调控,具有降低血压、保护靶器官和改善临床症状的作用。总结后,中药防治高血压作用机制主要涉及改善内皮功能、抑制肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)激活、抑制炎症反应、减少氧化应激、改善胰岛素抵抗(IR)、对靶器官的保护、调节肠道菌群及其代谢物6大机制,以期为中医药防治高血压提供新思路、新方法。
In recent years,prevention and treatment of hypertension by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has received more and more attention from physicians.There are various methods for treating hypertension in TCM,and they have significant effects in alleviating symptoms and improving the quality of life of patients.In the prevention and treatment of hypertension by TCM,single-drug extracts,single drugs,compound prescriptions,and Chinese patent medicines are usually used to regulate blood pressure,which can lower blood pressure,protect target organs and relieve clinical symptoms.In conclusion,TCM prevention and treatment of hypertension mainly involves six major machanisms:improving endothelial function,inhibiting renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system(RAAS)activation,suppressing inflammatory response,reducing oxidative stress,improving insulin resistance(IR),protecting target organs,and regulating intestinal flora and the metabolism.This paper is expected to provide new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of hypertension by TCM.
