摘要
培养公费师范生是我国新时代乡村教育振兴的重要举措。选取地方高校8名小学教育专业毕业公费师范生进行访谈,通过对访谈资料的整理与编码,分析公费师范生就读前、就读中、毕业后从教信念的变化轨迹,发现教学实践、生活环境、人际关系是影响地方高校公费师范生群体下乡长期从教的因素。基于此,要使地方高校公费师范生“下得去、留得住”,应优化课程设置与实践安排,夯实公费师范生长久留乡从教信念;改善学习环境与工作环境,稳固公费师范生长久留乡从教意愿;丰富人际交互与关怀方式,凝聚公费师范生长久留乡精神力量。
Cultivating public-funded normal students is an important measure for the revitalization of rural education in the new era of China.This study selects 8 public-funded normal students who graduated from primary education major in a local university to conduct interviews.By analyzing and coding the interview data,it reveals before enrolled,during school period and after graduation,the changing trajectory of public-funded normal students'education beliefs,and finds that teaching practice,living environment,interpersonal relationships are the factors that affect public-funded normal students from local universities to go to the rural schools for long-term teaching.Based on this,the paper discusses the coping strategies of"go down and stay"for public funded normal students in local universities.
