中草药添加剂在反刍动物生产中的应用研究进展

Research progress on application of Chinese herbal additives in ruminant production

中草药富含蛋白质、维生素、黄酮、有机酸等多种成分。中草药可促进动物的生长发育,提高机体免疫力,在抗应激和防治动物代谢消化疾病等方面具有显著效果。在动物养殖业,中草药的作用功效与抗生素及其他抗病原微生物的药物功效相似,副作用比抗生素小,具有无耐药性等特点,可作为抗生素的替代品长期应用于畜禽生产中。文章介绍了中草药的特点、作用及其在反刍动物生产中的应用,并就目前中草药添加剂可能存在的问题进行讨论,以期为中草药添加剂替代抗生素饲喂反刍动物提供参考。

Chinese herbs are rich in protein,vitamins,flavonoids,organic acids and other nutrients.Chinese herbal medicine can promote the growth and development of animals,improve the immunity of the body,and have significant effect on anti-stress and prevention of animal metabolic and digestive diseases.In the field of animal breeding,the effect of Chinese herbal medicine is similar to the effect of antibiotics and other disease-resistant pathogens,with fewer side effects than antibiotics,and has the characteristics of non-resistance,which can be widely used as a substitute for antibiotics in livestock and poultry production for a long time.The paper introduces the characteristics,functions and application of Chinese herbal medicine in ruminant production,and discusses the possible disadvantages of Chinese herbal medicine additives in order to provide reference for Chinese herbal medicine additives to replace antibiotics in feeding ruminant animals.
