早期强化认知功能训练联合运动训练在脑卒中患者康复治疗中的应用效果

Application Effect of Early Intensive Cognitive Function Training Combined with Exercise Training in Rehabilitation Therapy of Stroke Patients

目的:探讨脑卒中患者康复治疗中应用早期强化认知功能训练联合运动训练的效果。方法:选取2019年2月—2021年2月湖南省人民医院收治的80例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规康复治疗,观察组给予早期强化认知功能训练联合运动训练治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:干预后1、2、4周,观察组神经病残疾评分低于对照组,差异有统计学(P<0.0001);观察组改良Barthel指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001);观察组简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。观察组康复总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0028)。结论:早期强化认知功能训练联合运动训练在脑卒中患者康复治疗中的应用效果显著,可改善患者神经功能缺损情况,提高自理能力,恢复运动功能。

Objective:To explore the effect of early intensive cognitive function training combined with exercise training in rehabilitation therapy of stroke patients.Methods:A total of 80 stroke patients treated in the People's Hospital of Hunan Province from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation therapy,and the observation group was given early intensive cognitive function training combined with exercise training.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:At 1,2 and 4 weeks after intervention,the neuropathy disability score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0001).The modified Barthel index in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0001).The score of the modified Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0001).The total effective rate of rehabilitation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0028).Conclusion:Early intensive cognitive function training combined with exercise training has a significant application effect in rehabilitation therapy of stroke patients,and can improve the patient's neurological deficit,improve self-care ability,and restore motor function.
