共同富裕是社会主义的本质特征,是中国式现代化区别于西方资本主义现代化的重要标志。扎实推进共同富裕,需以落实新时代人才强国战略各项政策措施作为重要途径,适应强化现代化建设人才支撑的现实需求,提升共同富裕建设速度与落实质量,使之成为推进新时代中国人才事业发展的重要价值旨归并融入中国式现代化进程之中。当前,以新时代人才强国战略驱动共同富裕,还存在多方面的问题,包括战略协同推进力较弱、战略制定计划性不足、战略实施完成度有待提升等。未来,有效增进新时代人才强国战略驱动共同富裕的现实效果,需拓展深入实施新时代人才强国战略驱动共同富裕的现实路径,使其融入区域协调发展战略助推区域协调发展,联动国家乡村振兴战略促进城乡协调发展,支撑保障人民群众的各项现实生活需求,强化其对推进文化事业与文化产业发展的现实效能,促进选用人才科学、合理、高效,增进实现社会公平正义。

Common prosperity for all makes a major feature of Chinese-style modernization.In the course of steadily promoting common prosperity,efforts are required in giving full play to the driving force of talents,strengthening the support of talents in modernization,and speeding up and enhancing the quality of final landing,while furthering the media of workforce development strategy.To this end,while putting the strategy of prospering the country with talents in the new era as a realistic way of great significance to promote common prosperity,it is necessary to promote common prosperity as an important value purpose to in the cultivation of China's professionals,thereby balancing and incorporating them in the process of Chinese-style modernization.Given an incisive understanding of the theoretical,historical and realistic logics of promoting common prosperity with the support of the strategy,targeted and precise schemes are needed to widen the implementation of the strategy to boost the realistic path of common prosperity,ground on a comprehensive grasp and analysis of existing obstacles in the talents-driving road to prosperity.
